This rustic, two-story, timber-framed barn is located on the edge of the beautiful Appleton City Lake with all the amenities to make your guests comfortable and entertained. Available features include:

Pricing for Lakeview Barn Venue (all pricing is subject to change):

Monday to Thursday venue rental: $1500 per day

Weekend dates venue rental:

  • Friday $3200

  • Saturday $4200

  • Sunday $2700

  • Thursday/Friday $3900

  • Friday/Saturday $6700

  • Saturday/Sunday $6000

  • All Weekend $7900

Weekend Deluxe Package: Exclusive use of venue for all weekend. Includes 3 family cabins and the Honeymoon cabin for 2 nights with grills, fire-pits, firewood and more. Includes use of Vintage View complete decorating package, set up, clean up, venue concierge day of event: $11,900

Stand alone photography sessions: $50 minimum for one hour; $20 per additional hour

The Cabins at Lakeview by Sue

The Smaller Family Cabin has one queen bed bedroom, a full size loft bed, 2 bunk beds, kitchen, stacked washer and dryer, and full bathroom.

The Honeymoon Cabin has one king size bed, a loft bed, kitchen, and full bathroom.

The Large Family Cabin with Loft has a large bed and a fold out couch on the first floor. It has 4 full sized beds floor style in the ladder accessible loft. It has a full bathroom, stacked washer and dryer, and kitchen. First floor is wheelchair accessible.

The Bunkhouse has 2 bedrooms each with 2 full size beds, 2 twin bunk beds, (4 beds total in each of the 2 bedrooms), and a loft with 3 twin floor style beds. It has one full and a half bathrooms, and a kitchen, and an outside tree house play area.
